    A really great dinning experience, the food was totally authentic and absolutely out of this world. I highly recommend this restaurant. Well done to the owners, chefs and support staff for creating an absolutely superb experience.

    We always enjoy the quiz evenings but the service let you down on this occasion. We had been sitting for 20 minutes and no one attended to us, we were given menus but no drinks orders were taken. So eventually we had to go to the bar to request for a waiter to take drinks orders. The waiter then arrived, and although she was very pleasant and apologised but said she’d just arrived on duty. We were a table of 4 and the gratuity was already added (although it says tables of 6) and we were not told that gratuity was included. This is dishonest because we were about to add an additional 10% but 15% was included in the bill. It put a dampener on our evening.

Waiting 20 minutes before being attended to is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have, and we apologise for the frustration this caused. We are also concerned by your comments regarding the gratuity. Our policy is that gratuity is only automatically added to qualifying tables, and our team is expected to communicate clearly when this applies. We have addressed this matter internally with the staff involved, as it does not align with our procedures or values. Your feedback is appreciated as it helps us identify where we need to improve. We hope this experience won't deter you from joining us again for future quiz evenings, and that we'll have the opportunity to provide the level of service you've come to expect from us.     Fantastic evening, food was delicious and Trish looked extremely well after us,, lots of fun unfortunately we didn’t win so hopefully we will have better luck next time.

    Went there for breakfast. Good food, beautifully presented and delicious. Service was excellent. Restaurant is noisy. But will definitely be back.
