    Our first time at the restaurant, very busy for lunch. The waiters were running around in the same area for guests dining and wine tasting. Beautiful setting but not the experience we had hoped for.

    love SALT however the staff uniforms are vey off putting. The long pants that look like DIsney costumes. Bring back the chino shorts.

    We recently visited Waterford Estate for lunch and a wine tasting, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail, level of service, and depth of knowledge from the team stood out. Each wine was beautifully presented and thoughtfully paired with the dishes, elevating the experience even further. The risotto starter was light, flavourful, and the perfect introduction to the meal. The main courses were impeccable — perfectly prepared and truly memorable. To round it all off, the chocolate and wine pairing was a highlight: simple in concept, yet incredibly refined, with every bite and sip complementing one another seamlessly. Overall, it was a top-class wine and dining experience. We will most certainly be back and would highly recommend Waterford Estate to friends and family. Thank you to the entire Waterford team for such a special experience.
