    We had a voucher for the burger special so it was excellent value for money! Food was excellent and the service was great. Bit slow with the food but otherwise very pleasant and welcoming staff. There is an excellent kiddies play area and both the restaurant and terraced are very nicely decorated and maintained.

    I had such an amazing time at the Hyde Hotel while celebrating my sister's birthday. The staff went above and beyond to make the occasion extra special. I would especially like to recognize one of your waitresses, Felicia. She is such a wonderful and delightful lady. Her kindness, cheerful attitude, and exceptional service truly stood out and made our experience unforgettable. Everything was perfect, and our visit felt even more special because of her presence. Please give Felicia the recognition she deserves. She is a true asset to your team, and I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the positive impact she had on our celebration.
