    Made a table booking - which we confirmed - the establishment didn’t have a table for us on arrival. We waiting 5min when the manager eventually found our booking and apologised for not having a take for us. They instead seated us next to the noisy serving area even though we had booked a table with a view over the city. Our table shook each time anyone walked past which was a regular discomfort considering all waiter traffic passed by us. Food was bland - no salt or pepper - had to ask three times for this - otherwise service was friendly. The music was excessively loud and more appropriate for a party than a dinner service at 6pm. A few intoxicated individuals ruined the great view and were louder than the loud music. Felt let down and feel like we maybe expected something different to what the place is.

    We were excited to try your restaurant, but we ended up using an outdated menu from the https://account.dineplan.com/menu/yczXfh50/1925 website. Unfortunately, by the time our food arrived, it was a bit cold. Additionally, we missed having a dedicated waiter to help us out as a group of ten; it would have made our experience feel more special.
