Our Farm to Your Fork
We believe good food starts at the source.

Our beef, lamb and chicken are pasture-raised, our vegetables come predominantly from our own pesticide-free, regenerative farm project in Khayelitsha, and our fish is line-caught and wild whenever possible. We proudly support small-scale farmers, work only with family-run, traceable dairy, and craft everything from scratch — including our bread and pasta.

We cook over open fire and stick to what’s local, seasonal, and organic wherever we can. Even our food waste goes full circle — composted back into the soil that grows our next harvest.

Every plate tells a story. And it starts with care.

    Definite teething issues - no trace of our booking tonight - even after presenting our confirmation on Dineplan - waiter mentioned it was slightly awkward for them to have to manage this situation even though the restaurant was 50% empty - they could’ve easily absorbed and accommodated. Food and service from our waiter Mamo was great. We opted for oysters, steak and prawns served with complimentary bread. Really delicious - some teething issues like bright lighting , waiting staff lingering in the bar area , masking tape over glass holders , and an awkward booking encounter - other than that, a good evening
