    Exceptional experience and wonderful morning tea. Very friendly staff from the gate, to the reception desk to our waiter - Bongani. Thank you for the tasty treats and a well run high tea experience. Will definitely be back again.

    Beautiful High Tea in an Alice In Wonderland themed room, a truly lovely experience, excellent food & great service. Highly recommend this for a celebration or even a tea for two!

    Beautiful afternoon. It was my friend’s first ever High Tea and she thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I have had High Teas previously in London, UK and also at The Palace of the Lost City which were better but Tea in the Woods was also 5 star. We had a change of shift of the staff during our High Tea which may have been the reason for a slight lack of service in that we had to request he bring cream, jam, butter & cheese for our scones. We also had a very annoying fly for which we had to ask for a candle. All in all a fabulous afternoon, excellent food, beautiful ambience and an amazing experience. Thank you Fairlawns Boutique Hotel. 🤩

    The quality of the food was shocking. Beautiful venue, staff are friendly and great. The chef came in to advise what was on the menu. We could not hear what she said. A truly poor show.
