    This High tea experience was a gift from my daughter and I do not know how much it cost. Therefore I cannot answer the value question. Otherwise a different and enjoyable experience for myself and 2 best friends.

    Great attention to detail and well organized. We requested a vegetarian menu and there was no issue with the food received. Our waiter Bongani was also very attentive and patient. As we were quite a big group (6 people), we did find the seating to be a little bit cramped. Also appreciated the friendly and great customer service received from Brendon who was responsible for making my booking. Very organized and extremely polite and thoughtful.

    The quantity if food in relation to the cost is not great value. Its not what is expected when the amount paid is more than R500. Teapots do not retain heat so tea was always cold. You need more than 1 server for larger groups. She was not managing. She was great but unable to support efficiently. Beautiful esthetics and ambience. The theme is elegant and creative.
