    The experience at The Grill House at the Oyster Box in Durban was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the level of care and attention to detail stood out. The staff made us feel genuinely valued and were always present when needed without being intrusive. Small touches made a big impact. They thoughtfully provided reading glasses and a reading light for my elderly parents which really showed how much they care about their guests’ comfort. Service was seamless. Even simple things like how dishes were served and handed to you were done with precision and professionalism. A special mention to our waiter Anthony who was attentive, professional and played a big role in making the experience so enjoyable. The food was equally impressive. Freshly baked bread and complimentary appetizers started things off on a high note and it was honestly some of the best bread I have had. For mains the salmon was perfectly prepared and full of flavour and the seafood platter for two was incredibly generous and easily enough for four and absolutely delicious. We were also celebrating my parents’ belated birthdays and the team went the extra mile by surprising them with cake which made the evening feel even more special. It is this combination of outstanding food, thoughtful service and genuine hospitality that makes the Oyster Box truly stand out. A memorable experience from start to finish.

    Celebrated wife's birthday .seafood platter is a sure thing.taste is great.music was good and service was excellent as usual. Traffic in the area is problematic.
