The Kitchen at Lantico Giardino in Lanseria is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 8am – 4pm.

Following on from the forums extremely popular Farm to Table events, the focus for breakfast and lunch follows the same philosophy: sit under the trees and enjoy delicious, fresh food, using produce that has been sourced from the area. As it is on the cycle route towards the Cradle, it is a lovely outdoor option if you want to pop in for a coffee or breakfast after your morning ride. There is also ample space for kids to ride their bikes.

The menu is updated regularly and offers an array of scrumptious dishes. *Available on request

Lantico Giardino is also the ideal venue space for private functions, such as birthdays, christenings, bridal showers and stork teas to corporate lunches for up to 120 guests.

    Food was great - although does take them time between ordering to actually providing you with your food. It was for my son's birthday, I ordered a cake, I asked that they keep it small and simple - cake was still too big (tall) for 5 people - cake was not worth the money (R950) - even instructed it to be Woolies size small, but this was ignored - too much icing - good cakes don't need to be encased in icing. Staff is excellent though. Not really worth the drive.

    What a magical hidden gem! We had no idea it even existed until ChatGPT found it for us after searching for "outdoor restaurant with big trees and relaxed atmosphere", and that is EXACTLY what it is! Its super tranquil, the massive trees create a feeling of having lunch in nature, the food is excellent and the staff are amazing. Highly recommended!
