The Kitchen at Lantico Giardino in Lanseria is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 8am – 4pm.

Following on from the forums extremely popular Farm to Table events, the focus for breakfast and lunch follows the same philosophy: sit under the trees and enjoy delicious, fresh food, using produce that has been sourced from the area. As it is on the cycle route towards the Cradle, it is a lovely outdoor option if you want to pop in for a coffee or breakfast after your morning ride. There is also ample space for kids to ride their bikes.

The menu is updated regularly and offers an array of scrumptious dishes. *Available on request

Lantico Giardino is also the ideal venue space for private functions, such as birthdays, christenings, bridal showers and stork teas to corporate lunches for up to 120 guests.

The Kitchen at Lantico is in a secret garden with your favourite chef on stand by. On Mother's day we experienced exceedingly friendly service, well thought out and well prepared dishes in a set menu and live music at just the right volume. Well worth the 45 minute drive from Sandton, it felt like we had been on holiday. Very enjoyable indeed.

The Kitchen at Lantico responded on Thu 15 May 25:
We loved your review Leza! Our colleague Rea truly enjoyed being of service to you. We hope to welcome you back again soon!

We celebrated Mother’s Day here and it was a frustrating experience. The service was ridiculously slow. The kid’s menu had the option of a seafood platter with mussels, calamari and prawns - it was not a platter but a plate of calamari. When I asked where the rest of the platter was I got more squid heads and a few mussels, no prawns. All the seafood was deep fried. The vegetarian main course was very lacklustre and considering how long we had to wait for it, it was quite disappointing. Drinks orders were taking 30 minutes to come out. It was a lot of waiting… The saving grace is that the venue is absolutely stunning and the entertainment was lovely.
