    The service was terrible, we waited over 30 minutes to get assigned a waitress. When she arrived she was soooo rude, it was like she didn't want to help us with anything. We asked for Tabasco she came with an empty bottle, we asked for more she didn't bring it. We were 5, she brought 4 refresher towels, we asked for 1 more she came with 8 then just didn't say anything & stretched her hand for me to take. There was not enough tomato sauce and chillies for 5 people, we asked for more she never came with it. It was my birthday, so she came with a plate of cheesecake she just put it harshly on the table. Not even 1 smile but the other table that had white people she was nice, even gave them 2 full bottles of tabasco There was not enough condiments on the tables. We asked for bbq sauce they said R45, since when do we pay for condiments. Our cheeseburgers were raw inside, idk if it's a must that they come red inside, not all of us prefer our meat to me red The chips were so good tho Please work on your service, it makes it difficult to come back

    The food was nice and fresh, I had pork ribs and wings, the Service was good they even made a small surprise for my birthday boy. The only thing was the chairs, they were uncomfortable, but overall we enjoyed everything

    The service was attentive and warm thoughtful and felt effortless timely without being intrusive and genuinely knowledgeable.Thank you.Atmosphere was warm authentic that made the meal feel special great pacing lighting and comfortable flow.One of the best dining experiences I've had lately.
