    We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our visit. The lively and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home; the food was absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations, and the attentive, friendly service made the birthday celebration even more memorable.

    I am very disappointed with the service and food I received at The Rock Hazelwood. I made a reservation expecting a great experience, but unfortunately it was the complete opposite. We waited about 30 minutes just to receive our drinks. Throughout our visit, we had different waiters serving us, and none of them came back to check on us or ask if everything was okay. The food was even more disappointing. The chips were not crispy at all, they were so soft that they felt like I was eating mashed potatoes. The steak had a burnt smell around the edges, which affected the taste. The onion rings were also very poor and not enjoyable. I used to love The Rock, but this experience has completely changed my opinion. The quality of both the food and service has dropped significantly. Sadly, I can no longer recommend this restaurant based on my recent visit.

    Thank you for the excellent service.The food was delicious.The atmosphere was great and the waiter was friendly and attentive..I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely be back!
