    The easiest to make dish (mussels) came long after the other meals. It is understood that it was a busy day (father's day) but allowances should be built in for busy days, like more staff. And having food arrive at the same time. Waiting on one person for a relatively long time (10-15mins), means that food is cold for others. The worst part was when it finally arrived, it was bland and lacked flavour. The rice was under cooked on all of the side dishes which it included. And one of the meals had the last of the chips that were made as they were small and burnt, when compared to everyone else's chips. The daiquiris ordered were also watered down, which has never happened before. Our waitress was lovely and attentive! And the waffles and salted caramel ice cream were delicious as per usual! We were very disappointed as we have returned to the Rock Hazelwood multiple times as well as frequented the Rock in the design quarter. The treatment we received from the manager, as well as the food, will not have us returning again.

    I had the double cheese burger, and all I can say is wow! I'm kidding, it's not all I can say. I have more to say about this burger. Wow would be enough. Well, it was amazing! The sauce is top notch. The patty is exquisite and the presentation is classic. So far, it's in my top three burgers. 🤞🏽💯 The service is amazing, and overall - great experience. I recommend this restaurant.

    Everything was lovely. However, 10 minutes past before getting attention from waiter. If I didn't ask, it would probably have gone on for another 10.

    Chairs are not comfortable,it's extremely noisy,, it's very congested inside. We ordered a bottle of wine,,drank one glass and paid,we took the bottle and went to another restaurant...It was just not for us,,,

    It was my first time visiting The Rock, and I was abit nervous because I was going alone. Honestly ? I had nothing to be scared of. The place is great, I really like the interior and the food is affordable. 10 out of 10, I'm definitely coming back ! <3
