    It would be impossible to write honestly about Sanctuary without dedicating real space to the people who brought it to life. The staff were, without question, extraordinary. Not just competent or professional though they were certainly both but genuinely wonderful in a way that is hard to manufacture and impossible to fake. They carried themselves with a quiet confidence and a natural warmth that made every interaction feel personal. Questions were answered with knowledge and enthusiasm. Recommendations were offered not as rehearsed scripts but as honest suggestions from people who clearly take pride in what they serve. There was laughter, there was patience, there was an attentiveness to the table that never tipped into intrusiveness. It is the kind of service that reminds you why hospitality, at its very best, is an art form. What struck us most was the consistency of it. Often in restaurants, you encounter one standout member of staff surrounded by a more ordinary team. At Sanctuary, the excellence was uniform every person we interacted with brought the same energy, the same care, the same commitment to making our evening exceptional. That speaks not just to individual talent, but to exceptional leadership and a culture that clearly runs deep. ❤️❤️

    A truly wonderful dining experience thanks to our server, Oyama. He provided attentive, professional service and consistently checked in without being intrusive. He recommended dishes we loved and personally made sure everything met our expectations, going above and beyond in every way. Great food, warm atmosphere, and outstanding hospitality we’ll definitely be back and will recommend this place to friends.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Another incredible visit, and once again it did not disappoint! We came as a group of six, which can sometimes be a logistical nightmare at restaurants but not here. Our waitress Tendai was an absolute superstar. Attentive, warm, and on the ball the entire evening. She made our group feel genuinely looked after rather than just another table to manage. Big shoutout to her, she’s the kind of staff member that keeps you coming back. The food? Delicious. And here’s the kicker for a group of six, everything arrived within 15 minutes of ordering. Hot, fresh, and perfectly timed. That kind of kitchen efficiency is rare and seriously impressive. If you’re looking for great food, lightning-fast service, and staff who actually care about this is your place. We’ll be back, without a doubt. Tendai, you’re a legend! 🙌
