    Service was slow and we felt pretty neglected, though it might have been that the staff was anticipating going home because we got there at 21:15 and they were closing at 22:00. In our defense, our reservation on Dineplan was for 22:00, so the recorded operating hours were incorrect.

    Booked in advance for the Thursday night movie and pasta special. Arrived at 18h30 for a 20h15 movie. Our waiter was aware of the time constraint. We spent over an hour watching multiple tables arrive, order, receive their food, eat and leave. We left without being served our meals and my plus one their hot beverage. No acknowledgement or accountability from our waiter throughout the night. The manager tried to assist towards the end. We were told someone would reach out to us the following day for service recovery. This was not honoured. For this reason, I would not recommend. Beautiful space. Incredibly unfortunate service.

    First of all we reserved a table but when we got there there’s was no table for us, had to wait while looking for the table 🚮Staff were not so assisting, we ordered a bottle of wine, it never came . Waited very long to get our food because they helped clients that came after us, we had to complain in order for them to bring our food. Staff gave us bad attitude especially the ladies

    Oh the service was bad. The staff was all over the place. One had to keep making a follow up for their order. My drinks took ages before I could them.

    I've visited The Sanctuary twice and the food was great. The service though was very poor on both visits.
