Our booking for three ladies was for a High Tea. The Sugar Club was being renovated at the time so we were in The Plantation Room. Highly recommend this amazing outing, the service, decor, set up, staff were all impeccable. The sweet and savoury treats were absolutely delicious. An all round perfect afternoon outing and much appreciated.

Great Dining. Only criticism ...... noticed after leaving, that they include an automatic "Service Charge ", not impressed, in fact rude, Service Charge should be from the heart based on the degree of service and satisfaction. In fact you will notice that the Bill included a subtle R90 "Service Charge" which I did not see nor was it brought to my intention in spite of the fact that I included R200 gratuity . I am disgusted and will not be returning because of this indiscreet and inappropriate add-on.

Its was my mums 40 anniversary and we booked for a table of 7. The table that we were seated at had flies and a damp smell from the carpet. The food bad, the chef was really upset judging from the taste the tandoori chicken pasta was underseasoned and tasted terrible dry to say the least the chicken was served raw after advising the waiting that all meals must be well done. Overall food was terrible and ruined a good day even the complimentry piece of cake was stale

Celebrated my partner's birthday and staff made his day so special. The prawns were very dry. I brought this to the attention of the chef.
