Such a lovely experience! Service can at times be slow with everybody ordering tea and hot beverages but it is understandable.Lovely selection of savory and sweet options! Beautiful theme!

As always the experience was amazing and the service excellent. We felt very well taken care of. The food was great however we did feel that there could have been more savoury options. I would like to bring to your attention that on arrival we were quite disappointed that we were not allowed to park in the parking area adjacent to the hotel. Although we were not hotel guests, we were still paying guests and have previously parked there so it was quite frustrating that when we arrived, we then had to look for alternate parking which delayed us getting there on time as planned.

We really enjoyed the experience of the Sugar club and were made to feel welcome. it was a bit hot where we were seated. we decided to go outside by the pool for some drinks and that's when our experience turned sour! we felt discriminated against by a waitress called Nomto, and I am assuming its because we asked for prices. people who came in after us we given smiles and no attitude from this same waitress their drinks got to their table in a flash while we had to sit there waiting for over 15 minutes for a bottle of Champagne, we had to constantly look for this waitress, when I asked her to advise what garnish goes inot the Gin Cocktails she barked that the barman will decide and yet a few minutes later she was smiling at the next table and asking them what garnish to add in their Gin cocktails! we then ordered tequila shots and this too seemed to never get there, the waitress didn't bother to pacify us "Poor People" and told us with attitude that the barman did not have shot glasses and went to get some as if she was fed up with us. she just called her supervisor and spoke in Zulu to him which I found offensive as none of us spoke the language! Staff like her bring your establishment down and I am happy to say that I have been to the Oyster Box Hotel and never received this kind of terrible treatment! it goes to show that they still have class and etiquette instilled in their staff which you need to teach your staff, we know its December and they are trying to make good tips but being judged by a waitress is unacceptable.
