Your Hosts - Matteo Santini & Maurizio Carlo. These Two where born and raised in Italy. Matteo In the Beautiful Bolognia and Maurizio in Fiery Florence. They have both Traveled the world for the past 10 years and Finally decided to Settle in our beautiful Cape Town. Together have taken over THE WOODLANDS EATERY as of the 01 June 2017.

They strive to incorporate authentic Italian cuisine combined with the delicious existing local flavors. We welcome you into their home and hope that you enjoy and feel part of the famiglia

    This marks our second Sagria event . The ambience, entertainment and Value was as usual off the charts. The menu this round was not quite as yummy as the previous one ; however being that this forms part of a 'menu test run' it makes sense that some dishes will outshine others - otherwise it would be an extremely long menu ! The Ataraxia Pinot Noir and Chardonnay were superb and again well presented.....a few empty glasses at times but delicious when they were filled. All in all another lovely evening spent with friends. a really fun night out - excited for the next one. It is becoming a tradition :). Well done Matteo and team!

    A little taste of Italy😍. Each dish created and made with care. Service was on point and we had a delicious dinner party for 14 people. We will definitely be back and I think it’s a stop not to be missed.

    Always z fantastic and entertaining evening. Food, service and ambience were top class. All the dishes were absolutely delicious.. hard to rak them. This has become my monthly treat!

    Lovely service - some of the friendliest staff I've ever experienced. Nice romantic atmosphere and the best tiramisu. Food was really good but should have been excellend considering the price.
