Welcome to Utopia Cape Town, our 15th-floor home of Dining Elevated, with superb day and night views of our beautiful Cape Town. Choose a table with a City, Harbour, or Bo-Kaap view, an Instagrammers delight.


We offer Bistro-style Mediterranean-influenced dishes designed by Chef Jacques and his team, made with superb quality fresh ingredients and served in generous portions.

We offer a number of menus to meet the tastes and budgets of our diners.

*. Our Utopia À la Carte Menu has a large selection of superb shellfish and fish dishes, as well as flavoursome meat cuts, available daily.


Our waitron staff is able to advise you on the best wines to pair with your dishes. We have an excellent selection of wines, with a range of varietals and prices to suit all tastes and budgets. Our wines have been sourced from different terroirs, a number of them being five-star award-winning wines.

No children under 10 can accompany adults from 17h00 onwards. Smart Casual attire is advised.

    The view is one of the best in Cape Town, the service is excellent but the food is disappointing.

    We been visiting utopia for years .. and enjoyed your previous menu so much more .. it’s was something special we looked forward to spending all of our celebrations there.. this menu though does not leave me with wanting to comeback for more.. ribeye steak 🥩 is definitely not the same as before as we literally came back for that special ribeye 😢 your salad options is limited we loved the gorganzola salad before .. the Parmesan chicken was just awful as a replacement for the Korean chicken.. you lost a family of 7 who especially came to celebrate all of our mothers days , fathers days , daddy’s birthday and mommy’s birthday celebrations there 😞 this time we had to buy a bread basket 🤷🏻‍♀️ before it was complimentary with that herby butter spread.. the bread in the bread basket was good though R35 without butter 😂

    We enjoyed an excellent sundowner and the view before an amazing dinner including a surprise Wedding Anniversary treat Only niggle was the air conditioning blasts where we were sat but we were moved to a better table and the problem was soon resolved!
