    Service was perfect enjoyed my time at the lounge. Keegan was our assistant he was perfect & Siphenathi was welcoming. Thank you I’ll be sure to come back

    Not a traditional afternoon tea I.e. no sandwiches just small unusual savouries which were not to our liking. Not a patch on the Mount Nelson Hotel for same price.

    Unfortunately my experience was so underwhelming. I was so looking forward to the afternoon tea but it fell felt. The bread was stale, another was burnt and not to mention finding hair in one of our items, was quite disappointing. The savoury dishes were really disappointing. And although the waiters and manager really tried their best to please us, they couldn’t fix what was poorly made in the kitchen. This whole experience was saved by the impeccable service and really tasty sweet treats. I really hope that they could up their game with the savoury items because for an establishment like theirs it should be a no brainer that everything would be served to perfection. The cakes on the other hand were absolutely delicious.
