    Was served by very well informed young gentleman called Muyburgh whom made this experience worth every minute spent at Waterford. Every select wine served was thoroughly explained with passion and absolutely exquisite meals served with a smile. I cannot exclaim how much the excellent service and private cellar tour made a difference when visiting this beautiful Estate. I will definitely be ordering a bottle of Jem wine and will be recommending this fine establishment to friends and family. Well done Waterford, this is a generational diamond!

    The grounds were quite lovely and the charcuterie platter was delicious- these were the highlights of our experience at Waterford. Our server simply poured wine, provided the name of the wine then left. Not the best experience. Our party of 4 all felt the wine was somewhat overrated. It lacked texture and was generally very light-bodied.

    Marcus has done a great job, showing us the local whines and explaining everything about them to us. He gave us enough time and made us feel very comfortable. We had such a great experiencing and the whines were - of course - delicious. Thank you!
