    Had an excellent wine tasting in a beautiful setting. Robbie was knowledgeable, attentive and professional. I look forward to returning to Waterford in the future.

    Horrible reception, We booked a wine tasting experience for 4 pm and when we arrived, the host told me I could not do the wine taste because of the late hour. Then they accepted to receive us, but just put the wine, and obligated us to do the chocolate experience and just keep rushing us out. It was embarrassing for us, I don't recommend at all.

Our standard wine tastings conclude earlier in the afternoon, while from 16:00 onwards we offer our Wine & Chocolate Pairing experience. As your reservation was made online, it seems this may not have been clear at the time of booking, and we apologise for any confusion this caused. We regret that you felt rushed during your visit, as this is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. We appreciate your comments and will review how our booking information is presented to ensure future guests have a clearer understanding of the experiences available later in the day.     Everything was perfect, but I looking for nice food, unfortunately
