    We were at Zinzi for lunch at 3 pm. As always, the food was good and the service was spot on. What bothered us, however – and not just on this visit, but on previous ones too – was once again the fact that the restaurant wasn’t ready to open at 3 pm. The floor was being mopped, tables set and the fireplace prepared. In a restaurant with high standards, all preparations should be completed by opening time so that guests can feel at ease in a perfect setting. The management should reconsider this and ensure that all preparations are finished by opening time.

    The staff here is incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food is delicious! It’s also worth mentioning that this is the first time we’ve ever had a restaurant get our beef cooked to our exact specifications for the entire two weeks we’ve been here!
