    I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by Manager Ntombi and her team. They went above and beyond to help plan and coordinate my grandmother's 80th birthday party all the way from the Eastern Cape. The hotel and restaurant exceeded my expectations with their high-end decor, upscale atmosphere, and outstanding food. The service was impeccable, and I'd give this place a well-deserved 10/10.

    The cover charge per a person is not worth the variety of food layed out. Will not recommend the buffet to anyone. Seafood buffet for R425 pp should be alot more of a variety. Also no juice station provided. The crab curry looked like old crab used cause it was turning black in colour. This is just my opinion. Thank you

    I was disappointed because I wasn't informed that the buffet menu had changed and what my guest and I expected wasn't served. We chose the buffet because of the menu
