The Pavilion provides a unique and luxurious experience that is unmatched in the Valley, and is exclusive to Val de Vie Estate. The Polo Pavilion by Back’s offers a welcome chance to escape the ordinary, dress to impress and transport yourself to a time and place where you can indulge in an intimate dinner or a calm family meal.

We invite all residents and estate guests to embrace and enjoy the refined atmosphere the restaurant provides. Children are welcome, and we kindly ask parents and caregivers to assist in ensuring that the Polo Pavilion remains a peaceful escape for all guests. A custom-made table for 12 guests can also be booked for special occasions like family birthdays or even polo victories.

    A consistently good experience enjoyed at Back's - Polo Pavilion. The raviolli and burger were excellent. Great service. Good value and warm, friendly ambience in refined restaurant.

    Visiting the Polo Pavilion restaurant and Back’s deli gives me extreme pleasure. All the staff are so kind and friendly. The food is excellent. I am always made to feel extra special. We are so lucky to have this amazing business on our doorstep at Val de Vie. My greatest that’s to all the staff who work so tirelessly. Kathleen
