    What a love stop in the Elgin Valley, we had a great breakfast and wine tasting before heading back to the N2 to continue our journey. Warm and welcoming staff in beautiful setting.

    We celebrated my husband’s 40th birthday at South Hill for lunch. The service from Godfrey, Sharon and staff was world class. They went out of their way to make the occasion special for us and the food was delicious for both adults and kids. The warm atmosphere and views at the restaurant are exquisite! An absolute gem, we can highly recommend this venue and will definitely be back! Thank you!

    We had such a lovely lunch at South Hill. Service was excellent. Can highly recommend the carpaccio, burger, ribeye and lamb shank. Wine was very good. We will happily return for another visit. Thanks South Hill team.

    Still our favourite restaurant! Staff super friendly and the ambience beautiful with so many art works. The food and wine was out of another world. Will definitely visit again!

    Fabulous wine tasting, food, ambience, one hour from Cape Town, excellent friendly staff and service. What more can you ask for ... and you can take your pets and the views are superb. 12 out of 10!

    Thanks to Godfrey who really went out of his way to help and contributed to a very special day in our family. He was serious short of staff , unforeseen, but the food and frienlyness in which they attended to us, was really recommendable.
