The fourth annual Dineplan Reviewers’ Choice Awards are around the corner, and you’re the one who decides who makes the list.
This year, we’re saying thank you with a giveaway! Every time you dine out and leave a review in September, you’re not only helping your favourite spot rise to the top of South Africa’s most-loved restaurant list, but also entering your name into the draw to win R60,000 in Dineplan vouchers.
How to enter
- Download the Dineplan app.
- Make a reservation at your favourite restaurant.
- Dine and snap a pic of your plate (or the whole experience!)
- Leave a review on the app.
- Post your pic and review on Instagram or TikTok, tagging @dineplan_app and using #ThePeoplesPlate and #RCA2025.
Terms and conditions
- Competition period: Entries open on 1 September 2025 and close at midnight on 30 September 2025.
- Eligibility: The competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older. Employees of Dineplan, its affiliates, and their immediate families may not enter.
- Prize: One winner will receive R60,000 in Dineplan vouchers, awarded as 12 vouchers valued at R5,000 each, sent via email on the 1st of each month from October 2025 to September 2026.
- Voucher terms: Each voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of issue. Vouchers are non-transferable, may not be exchanged for cash, and can only be redeemed at participating Dineplan voucher partner restaurants. Once expired, any unused portion of a voucher will not be redeemable for cash or vouchers.
- Winner selection: The winner will be chosen via an independent random draw conducted by a third-party facilitator on 7 October 2025.
- Winner notification: The winner will be notified by email from marketing@dineplan.com
within 24 hours of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn. - Dineplan reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms.
- By entering, participants agree that their name and entry may be used in marketing related to this competition.
- Dineplan is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this competition or from acceptance and use of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

From the moment one enters your establishment one is treated with respect and kindness. Professionalism from the waiters right to management is comendable and always willing to accommodate a persons request. Nothing is too much trouble.

I booked Old Oak for my daughter’s birthday and the service was not only professional but also outstanding accommodating my kids and guests. The restaurant is mindful of all the guests. To this day my child and her friends ask me to take them for pizza making and play date. Dineplan came through for me there.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Rosette Restaurant’s buffet and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The spread was incredible with a wide variety of dishes to suit every palate. The food was absolutely delicious and it was to die .
The Higher Ground Restaurant is set in the landscape grounds of St Stithians college; it has the most amazing view especially in the evenings. Relaxed atmosphere, live music and really good food.
Kream in Mall of Africa is my favourite, the first time i went there, it was my Friend’s 50th birthday, the ambiance and the service was exceptional, later i went for lunch with my better half, they did not disappoint, i will always recommend it to anyone looking for fine dinning and good service.

Wonderful food amazing
The ambiance was amazing, and the food variety was good. There were a lot of people with only two people grilling the meat ,so this made us wait in long queues to be assisted with grilling
Husar Grill has the best Tuesday special. Love their main courses especially their fillet. Definitely a go to for a date night
23 August 2025 we it’s was my Moms Birthday, we went to Montecasino in Fourways, we reserved table for 5 at Billy G restaurant, I can say their food was out of this world, every food item was mouthwatering you could tell it was made out of perfection, service from front staff was exceptional, iam looking forward try other restaurants in Montecasino
Bossa restaurant in Paarl is the best for me,their food is out of the world especially the deep fried chicken wings yhoooo is mouth watering and stuff is very friendly.
