    The guy who was helpin us was good on us yes,But their service was very very bad,U order a drink nd u wait forever until Jesus comes,I no longer talk about their food👎🏻

    Always an experience dining at 1947! I bring all my international colleagues here and they're always impressed by the quality and variety of options to choose from. The staff is warm and welcoming, making the experience even more homely, showing the true essence of our beautiful rainbow nation South Africa.     Greetings, the ambience and service is always great. However the Lamb Curry was watery and under seasoned. The chips that accompany the grills and burgers are those frozen chips which are rubbery and terrible to serve at 5* restaurant. The basting on the Ribs is too sweet, less is more. 1947 should invest in a deep fryer for chips.
