    The entertainment was sadly very poor and unsatisfactory...perhaps it was the inability to control the volume....it was a lunch ,not a concert ...the fact that ppl could barely hear eachother and had to scream in order to communicate made an elegant event seem more unruly and informal which made the event seem a little tacky...it was the guests who made the event spectacular but the entertainment was very poor ...however the food was most magnificent as well as the layout

    Expected to have a wider variety as it was Father's Day. Did see your lunch menu which looked nice, there are some patrons that work on Sundays so it would have been nice to have a Father's Day dinner as well.

    There is no water for the table (san pellegrino 750ml/1 litre) for a family. Considering this is a hotel, served a double expresso with tap water. Brought a ginger beer as ginger ale. Worst of all, most of the food was over salted and could not be eaten, however the manager did try to make it right by bringing out some butter chicken (God Bless her, but that was over salted as well). The chef seems to have a heavy hand. Service was extremely poor, most of the servers couldn't understand what I was asking for, eg water for the table etc. Servers were not writing down the orders and therefore confusing ginger ale with ginger beer. After a while we noticed they had "trainee" on their name cards, which is perfectly fine but there should be an experienced server guiding and helping them. Will never recommend this place to anyone until the service and food improves.

We are deeply disappointed to learn that we failed to meet your expectations and sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment caused.  Your comments regarding the beverage service, order inaccuracies, food quality, and overall service standards are extremely concerning. We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive incorrect items, experience communication challenges with the service team, and find several dishes overly salted and not enjoyable. While we are pleased that our manager attempted to address your concerns during your visit, it is clear that we did not succeed in recovering your experience. This is certainly not the standard of food quality or service that we strive to deliver. We appreciate your observation regarding our trainee team members. While we are committed to developing future hospitality professionals, it remains our responsibility to ensure that adequate supervision and support are provided at all times.  Your feedback has been shared with our Food and Beverage Management team and Executive Chef for immediate review, including the concerns raised regarding seasoning standards, service training, and order accuracy.  Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention.
