    Fabulous! We had intended to have just a light lunch but the menu was amazing and we ended up ordering far more than we intended! Great location and fantastic food. Great service too. Highly recommend.

    Music too loud and repetitive, slow service even though it was quiet. My pumpkin dish was tasteless : not caramelised, only 7 pine nuts. Stairs need reflective strips to exit down to street safety. 2 of our group missed the bottom step which was difficult to see in the rain and dark.

    Extremely slow and inattentive service despite not being busy. Seafood platter arrived luke warm and went cold very quickly which meant that the calamari and fish was completely inedible. langoustines and crayfish were overcooked. Extremely disappointing experience and will never return. Avoid this restaurant

    I loved how the manager attended to me when I had a problem with my food. They made sure that I was satisfied with the outcome of my order. It shows that they really value their customers. I will definitely spend my money at Bilboa again!
