    food was lovely and juicy, we really enjoyed the meals The toilet need baby friendly upgrade cos to change a diaper i had to leave the restaurant and que at general toilet next to spur, by the time i come back my plate was cold, so please create baby changing room, Service from waitress was very poor, she was not attending to us, we had no spoons for dessert i had to ask the chef behind food serving to give us spoons as we were using forks, we struggled to get water to drink, i had to ask other waitress to get us water because we had diabetes who needed to sip water in between meals, atleast they could sold us water if free water was gonna be such struggle to get, glasses was not changed when we requested, we used same glasses for cold drink we were using several times for water and was already dirty

    I would like to start by giving feedback regarding the lady who assisted us outside on the 12th December 2025, Unfortunately, I did not get her name. She is dark and beautiful in complexion. I understand that she may have been tired, however, as the first point of contact and the face of Billy’s G, a welcoming smile and patience with guests would greatly improve the experience, especially for first-time visitors. It would also be appreciated if guests are asked about their preferred method of payment (cash or card) instead of being handed the card machine without prior confirmation. I would also like to give a big compliment to the waiters who were working on 12 December from 18:00 onwards, I was sitting on top floor— their service was appreciated. again special thank you to the gentleman who welcomed us and made us feel welcomed Overall, the food was very good, and we enjoyed our experience. Thank you.

    The grilled chicken and tripe wasn't good l. But overall everything else I was happy. Thank you for the good service
