    I think they need a floor manager to make sure the the refill of food happens farst cause you wait for very long time for them to refill that spoil your appetite...

    I was very disappointed with the fact that there was little ribs by the time I wanted to get ribs they told me they were finished n there is no more im the oven, my family didn't even eat 1😭😭😭😭

    Had to go outside of the restaurant for toilets. Otherwise we really enjoyed ourselves.

    Our visit to Billy G Silverstar was to celebrate a birthday. The overall experience was ok. The staff and management was accomodating, kind and friendly however left for their dinner time prior to our meal session ending, thus we were left without help (on queries) for the remainder of the evening and did not even get the requested birthday song. Areas of improvement to consider include: ensuring that the doors are open at least 30 minutes prior to the starting time, so that time is not wasted while guests are being seated, which in turn transcends to long ques at the start of the meal session, leading to some people having to wait for food to be refilled, after having waited in line for long. A menu listing or food tags, indicating ingredients and/or possible allergens, half the time we did not know what was contained in the food we were eating. The food quality to be checked and food to be prepared on time to avoid the food going off. Sadly, the lasagna for our session was a bit off. The menu changed mid-way with some meats being removed and replaced by others. A better variety of the food options would go a long way. The cutlery and serviettes depleted during the meal sessions and the glasses (for drinks) were not changed throughout the session. We booked and were seated as booked (outside) and were accommodated when the weather conditions became unfavourable. The venue must consider allowing guests to sit upstairs (indoors) to fill capacity inside prior to closing indoor bookings, alternatively, to move guests indoors, when there is space, on request.
