    We sat down at 6:50 pm and didn’t get our food until 8:20 pm and when the food arrived it was cold. The steak was over cooked and the cheese on the burger wasn’t even melted. They offered to remove the service charge. It wasn’t the waiters fault the food was cold and late so why should he lose his tip but the restaurant receives the full amount?

    The evening and ambience were as expected from Butcher Boys, there was no untoward incidents, and the party thoroughly enjoyed the evening. The service was excellent except for it being too long to settle the bill. The steak served as rib-eye to one person was not classic rib-eye, not having the usual rich flavor, intense juiciness, and tender texture.
