Owned and run by husband and wife team Alex & Eloise Windebank, the couple have restored a historic Victorian terraced house in Cape Town's Gardens neighbourhood to home their restaurant.     If I lived in Cape Town I would be a regular patron. Every little detail was expertly taken care of. Best food I have ever eaten in a restaurant. Congratulations Eloise and Alex.

    Have to say disappointing; Started poorly: barman (young lad probably new but should have been trained) didn’t know how to serve a basic gin and tonic; took ages eventually had to ask g=his colleague for help: Not yo=u would expect when you are paying top prices at a fine dine experience; Food portions poor; kingklip and springbok taste not good as accompaning sauces over powering; in essence payment of R3500 for two people ….was not a great value. Sad as looking forward to this.

    Refined, the service is impeccable, the food creative with a short but interesting wine list. It is intimate and filled with passion, a great addition to the Cape Town restaurant scene.
