Bistro vibes & vineyard views at the gorgeous Gabrielskloof Wine Estate.
A deeply unfashionable approach to modern life - embracing butter, cream and wine. Not plant based, unless you're talking about grapes. Advocates of a bit of indulgence. A small restaurant with a lot of heart. Good stuff, done well.

    All four of our starters were amazing, the mains of yellowtail were okay, desserts were wonderful and the wines were great! Service friendly and ambience fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating to our toddler too. We will be back.

    Burgers meaty underspiced. Fish also very strong fish taste,dry and combination with peas not pleasing. Pork was good. Great service and staff. Portions small for price. Nice venue.

    We loved our meal at Farro, celebrating my daughter's 21st birthday with family. The food was outstanding, service was top-class and we loved the relaxed beautiful setting

    The Farro-team understand balance like no other. We spent a lovely Sunday afternoon on the Gabrielskloof Estate feasting. Each and every course was divine and well balanced. The Farro-team know exactly what the intent is of every item on their menu and run like a well-oiled machine. It is a privilege to experience Farro and we can't wait to visit again. Starters: Whipped Smoked Mackerel & Beef Shin Scrumpet Mains: Pan Fried Yellowtail & Confit Pork Belly Desert: Polenta & Almond Cake Drinks: Bot Bier, Crystallum - The Agnes (Chardonnay), Negroni & No-groni We also purchased some of their Plum Cordial and we are savoring every drop.
