    Had the best time and our waiter was the sweetest gentleman ever. Highly recommend Mduduzi to be my waiter everytime I come back. The food was amazing and the branch it self is exceptionally beautiful

    Everything was so perfect. From the food,to the service. I've actually never been to a restaurant and found such an amazing waiter,he made my mom's 1st time at fireroom the most amazing experience she's ever seen in a restaurant. She couldn't stop talking about the fire. I give yesterdays experience 100/10❤️

    Overall it was a good experience. There were a few things to address, i tried calling to adjust my booking from 8 to 6, but no luck. I did initially book for outside as that was the only option available but did call after my booking to ask to be seated inside, this unfortunately did not happen. In terms of food 4 steak were fillet on the bone, great food mine was a medium sirloin that came Rare to Blau, whixh i i retuned for medium , unfortunately the returned steak was very tough, I eventually did not eat, no-fault of the manager which he offered to get me a new as he explained the reason for it being tough was the thickness of the steak. Overall service was good and venue was pleasant.
