    I booked a table on Saturday night to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. Unfortunately, from the beginning we were very disappointed with the service. We ordered a a sparking water and instead we got a still water. We ordered 2 starters, the one was incorrect and we were told it would take a further 20 minutes to correct so we cancelled that. We then ordered 4 medium steaks, 1 steak was rare. We have previously enjoyed the Fireroom steak, however this time was very underwhelming as there was no flavor and seasoning. We were also given watered down mushroom sauce. We ordered extra vegetables on the side and was only told once we received our food, that they don’t have the vegetables and can offer us a substitute that would take another 20 minutes. The restaurant was extremely noisy. A Very unsatisfactory evening, which ruined our celebration.

    We had an absolute awesome experience. We will definitely go back! Thank you for a wonderful evening that we will never forget. Very professional staff and stunning, stunning food.

    We had the time of our lives, i can't say it enough. The food??? Ohh my word, it's to die for. Our waiter was amazing too. I need to come back soon.
