    It was such a great evening. Loved the fire experience too. The food and service was exceptional. Perfect spot.

    Oh I absolutely loved my waiters, Vuyo and Tshepo if I’m not mistaken… Vuyo has amazing customer service skills and the way he makes you feel comfortable is amazing. The private room i was in was a bit loud but it’s because of the guests that were there so I didn’t mind. The food was absolutely amazing aswell. I highly recommend this place.

    I was thoroughly disappointed un my experience at your establishment. The service was completely sub-par. At a restaurant like Fire Room, we expect the waiters to be professional and attentive to our needs. They were anything but, I am not too sure whether our waiter was tired but no specials were read to us and no recommendations. Completely sub-par. We waited for every course and had to ask for our bill on 3 separate occassions. The food was good and bad. The carpaccio was excellent and something to return for, however, the tuna steak was flavourless and the calamari was overcooked. We have prepared tuna steaks ourselves from frozen and they were far better. Lastly, the table where your staff keep the salt, pepper and soya sauce was an absolute mess. Again, I expect for a restaurant like Fire Room to keep everything tidy and up to a very high standard. This simply was not there. I often scope restaurants to bring my customer to from abroad and I must admit that I will not be bringing them to your establishment.

    Love the vibe at the Fireroom, Gloria was an amazing waitress she was such a vibe . Will be coming back.
