    The service is very slow even though the staff are friendly. There is no sense of urgency as if there’s only person making food for the whole restaurant

    I enjoyed my salmon and veges, and my friend enjoyed her steak. Out booking was for 12h30, which was perfect, as we could choose a great spot with a view of the trees and street. Mpilo is a great, considered and friendly manager-thanks for the excellent service!

    I have been to Fireroom Bedfordview a couple of times without bookings. This particular time, I booked and first of all the waiter told us he was doing us a favor 'for giving us a certain table', while other unreserved seats were available for the entire 3+ hrs we were there. And the service was brought to the level at which people judge your affordability and how regular you arebased on your looks. Besides that, the food was great and enjoyed ourselves with the girls when we overlooked some of the flaws
