    The sushi was awesome, but my steak was well underdone, the meal itself was great, just the fact that my steak was so underdone that I am giving a 3 stars,

    Disappointing Experience at Fireroom Montecasino Despite booking an outdoor table well in advance, we were seated at a horrible corner table that felt like an afterthought. The ambiance was far from the "culinary wonderland" advertised. We refused to sit at that table and the staff seemed indifferent. We spoke to the manager as well but they really didn’t care and didn’t even try to find us better table. It completely ruined what was supposed to be a special evening for my family. They let us leave without even trying to find us another table. The lack of attention to seating arrangements, booked well in advance left a sour taste. I expected better, especially given the restaurant’s reputation. Would I return? Unlikely. There are plenty of other places in Montecasino where the service and seating actually match the hype.

    This restaurant used to be good, I went last night for the first time in over a year and it's gone down a lot and definitely would not be going back. The food was very average and took ages to come and the service was shocking, took 45 min for a waiter to take our order and then another 45 minutes for the food to arrive. I have spoken to other family members who have also been recently and had the same experience, poor service, disorganised and rude staff.
