Came to celebrate my birthday yesterday and unfortunately had the worst experience. I made a booking for 12:30, and although my friends arrived on time, I arrived a little later because I wanted everyone to be there before joining them. As soon as we got there, the waiter told us to order everything we would need because we had to leave by 5pm due to another booking. Our plan was to relax, enjoy good food, have wine, and celebrate properly, but instead we felt rushed the entire time. It was disappointing to know that even though everyone arrived early, we were basically going to be kicked out because another booking was coming in. Last year we celebrated my friend’s birthday at Fireroom Mall of Africa.and had an amazing experience. We were never told what time we needed to leave and were able to fully enjoy the celebration without pressure. Sadly, because of this experience, we ended up having to look for another place to continue celebrating my birthday. If this was mentioned when booking I would definitely understand but it was not written anywhere.

We were a group of six and ordered different dishes. Everyone's food was delicious and the Sushi the best you can find! The waiter forgot one of our deserts. Will definitely recommend this restaurant to others.

If you’re searching for a place where hope dies I planned a surprise birthday dinner expecting fine dining nly to be met with a extinguished fire in a room rather,“clinical waiting room with menu options” than culinary experience. The only thing that arrived quickly was regret. We were seated upstairs, literally next to a bar. Not “nearby” in spirit, but physically within whispering distance. And yet, for reasons known only to chaos theory that bar was not in use. So we watched a fully functional bar sit idle like a gym membership in January while everything was dragged from downstairs at the speed of disappointment. There was a hookah-smoking waiter stationed right there behind the bar, seeing only the red glow as if making an adult film The birthday moment itself arrived late, like it had taken a scenic route through apathy. A plate that can only be described as a teens aftermath of a wet dream, topped with syrup spelling out “happy birthday” we assume. paired with the definition of "cheap shot". The food itself? A masterclass in dehydration. A healthy mix of beyond dry and spiritually abandoned. The kind of dry where even lube would read the situation, sigh, and walk away, unsatified. The few bites we took served only to remind us that there is, in fact, no fire in this room. Just smoke, mirrors, and missed potential. my friend is disabled and uses a crutch. Two flights up AND DOWN. On a busy night. No consideration, no adjustment, no awareness. So she had to navigate an obstacle course while the restaurant silently participated as audience members in a very unnecessary performance. Then came the drinks. I asked for a basic whiskey. What I got was a premium option at around 256 a shot.“We didn’t have what you asked for, so we upgraded your invoice instead.” Honestly, was i wearing a helmut and eating ice cream through my armpit? Fireroom: fire’s meant to be in the kitchen, but somehow the only thing that gets rekindled is your disappointmen on loop

Waiter very slow waited long for drinks about 49 min. & food. Didn't clear table after starters and empty classes. Had to be asked to do it. Otherwise the experience was great.
