    I really enjoyed the food,desert more especially the service from waiter Thobile he has very good customer service especially in recommending what to eat as it was my first time there i will come back again to receive that warm service and delicious food and I don’t drink alcohol he recommended us Non alcoholic Gin&Tonic wowww i even ordered 2nd one the way it was nice I won’t mind come back again best service best food nice environment

    The service was the worst I experienced in a long time from a restaurant. Our waiter was running around helping other waiters well that's what I heard him saying to the supervisor when we complained about the slow bad service. I won't recommend or come there again, the food was good...but service nowhere.

    I had my daughter’s 16th birthday there on Friday night. Despite making a booking a week in advance the table was not ready. We were placed opposite the smoking are and the waiters kept leaving the door opened. The food arrived an hour later cold and my son’s meat was raw despite him requesting medium to well. They didn’t flambé the meat because the ran out the stuff needed. I didn’t even want to have dessert there because I was too disappointed. I have probably been to the Fireroom about 8-10 times but that will be by last. We were a party of 11 guests so the bill was not small and the service was awful.
