    We were very disappointed with the quality of food. The sushi starters were good. However, the kingklip main was overcooked, rice bland. The beef ribs were salty and the chips wilted. We waited a really long time for our food. Definitely not value for money. Wouldn’t recommend this restaurant

    Although the restaurant was very busy, as it was on a public holiday, Emily was excellent in keeping our table happy and looked after.

    As always the Fire room never disappoints..amazing food but the most exceptional part of our experience was our waitress Constance. She helped with my toddler so that I (mommy) could eat my food. Other than it being very loud inside, because it's so busy...great place..one of our favourites

    Our food was really nice. I ordered the Chicken Breast with salad, my sister & her husband had burgers and my husband sushi. We were all very happy.

    The service/waiter was not very available , as the Restuarant was very busy. We could not order more drinks because we never saw our waiter. I feel there needs to be more help on busier nights. The table at the upper area with the aircon is not a very pleasant seat, you sit right on top of the air on and the service area for glasses etc is right behind your back, it’s very unprofessional and not a very cosy seating area for couples that wanna enjoy a night together . No complaints about the food, that was amazing!

    Service is extremely poor. Waiters continually walk past the table with empty dishes lying there. They also forget to bring you things. Food is also overpriced, relies on the spectacle of the dishes on fire as a reason to inflate the prices. Ambience is really nice though.
