    Fireroom at castle gate mall ‼️ Firstly I did a reservation on 3th sept for 5 people at 17:00 for 6 sept , I did receive a email of confirmations , on the 6 sept ( the day of my booking ) I didn’t receive a call or email atleast when I got there around 17:15 , I was 15 mins late and the guy and lady at reception table was rude & disrespectful, I told them about my reservation and checked my table only to find out that my table they gave it to other people within 15 mins , the guy at reception didn’t even greet us , the lady was rude and disrespectful and she was eating while talking to us ‼️how disgusting is that but yet she works at reception desk , when I asked them to make a plan for a table for us she said that I should wait until people are done EATING but yet I did a reservation!! Then what’s the use of reservation while they can give another people our table ? I wasn’t happy at all with their customer service and I wouldn’t RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVEN AGAIN due to the customer service FIREROOM CASTLE GATE MALL ‼️

    Had a wonderful time. Emily looked after us very well. Was surprised that you don't charge a inclusive gratitude/tip fee for your tipe of establishment. Maybe something to look at.

    It was my birthday, and I wanted to impress everyone. But they didn't even have enough starters for everyone.The fire with the food happened when there was no one at the table, so that meant nothing. Maybe that is why the food tasted average. The service was excellent.
