    I am not someone who usually complains, but unfortunately yesterday afternoon was a big disappointment. We had overseas family joining us, so it was meant to be a special time together. We waited more than two hours for our food, and when it finally arrived it was cold. Sadly, the experience was not what we expected and, to be honest, it was not worth the money. I felt it was important to share this feedback, as we were really looking forward to the afternoon.

    We had a great experience however, the food weren’t has good as the Fireroom Mall of Africa and Monte Casino. Consistency is key among all the Fireroom franchises. I will visit the Castle Gate branch again.
