    Please offer vegetables either a salad or cooked with the meats. It could be an alternative to the starch.

    The waiter was extremely slow, he forgot our sauces for the steak I had to ask him halfway through my sons meal, he didn’t bring my husband sauce, the chips was hard, I sent back 2 portions, the waiter didn’t even apologise, the aircon was leaking onto the seat, Definitely will not visit again nor will I recommend fireroom

    The waiters are so sweet, always ready to assist. The food was so tasty and fresh🙌🏼this deserves a 10 star not even 5

    I had the worst experience ever on the 6th Dec 2025. Considering that I was at the Fire Room on the 5th Dec 2025 and had an awesome time Can't believe the change in service a day later. Wrong starters Completely wrong main from what I ordered.

    Firstly our reservation was made in advance we was greeted and seated on time. Our waitress was also friendly but then things just took a turn. It was our first time dining with fire room we was excited to experience what everyone so proudly talks about. It started out great we got our starters and drinks and then it just went south. Our reservation was for 20.30pm. We took a few mins to see what we had wanted. First we had order the jalapenos starter which came to us at 20.49 (great service) Then we asked for wings which came at 20.56 (also great service) Our drinks came at 20.59 We had ordered sushi which never got to our table. And then this is what was more upsetting the long wait between our starters and meals . Our meals came at 21.49, we didn't mind the wait considering the power outage but no one to check up on us to check if we needed anything really disappointing. When our meals came at 21.49 Our initial order was: 2x rump 1x sirloin 1x chicken dish Mushroom sauce When our orders came, we received 1x rump 3x sirloin No mushroom sauce At this point another waiter brought our food we tried to explain that one of the orders was wrong and he then got the correct chicken dish we told him the mushroom sauce was missing he said his coming now and never did. The steaks were prepared incorrectly and not prepared to our preference. When we got our bill we was charged for the sushi which we had asked to be removed because we never got it. Really disappointed with our overall experience. Please do better in making sure everyone is treated with the same service especially for the prices we pay and the distance we travel and the guests we wanted to treat out who was celebrating being newly wedded We came for the experience and unfortunately we won't again. Really disappointed!!!
