    Arrived and immediately got bad service😅I was told there was no table for 2 even though the restaurant was empty😭 5-10 minutes later the manager arrived, asked questions and placed us comfortably at one of the tables that we were initially told were “not available “ even though we booked. Consistently got disappointing service from the waiter but the manager showed up each time to assist and help improve the service which made up for it. On the bright side, I had the best steak I’ve ever had. Soft, juicy and perfectly complimented by the cheese sauce. The place is absolutely beautiful

    The waiter was lovely. We ordered starters, mains and dessert at the same time. We waited 2 and a half hours between starters and mains. If we wanted to eat at 21:30… we would have booked for 21:30. They told us the reason for the wait, was that there was one large table they needed to serve. We would have been happy to have been informed and given the choice to leave and get food on time somewhere else. We had booked for 19:00 and ended up having to cancel our post dinner commitments due to how late their dinner service ended up running.

    Experience was amazing. Just wish the service can be a little faster especially in the afternoon when it’s not packed. But the waiters were amazing and sweet.
