    Lovely place and s great view. Wanted some authentic African/Cape Malay food, which were got (once we discovered the back of the menu)

    I love taking my tour groups to Karibu - the best of South African cuisine, South African hospitality and a great atmosphere. Great service - l look forward to the next visit.

    We had booked a table and when we arrived we were put at the end of the restaurant with empty tables and no atmosphere, I ordered lamb ribs that were just fat and bone , I sent them back and the chef agreed that they had no meat on them. I then asked for lamb chops as a replacement, they were very thin, tough and full of bone. The mash potato did not taste fresh and was cold. This was our last dinner in Cape Town before we end our holiday, and we felt let down. A really sad and poor memory.
