    My partner and I loved every moment. The food was amazing. We ordered the couples plater as I saw it o the website and when the meal was placed on our table, I was so excited. Perfectly presented and full of flavor. Cheers to the chef! I hope to visit Kraal again, it is indeed a hidden Gem in the South 🙌 The staff was so friendly, from the security guard to management. Our waiter, Gift, was awesome. Catered for our needs. We got checked twice, by Mr Mandla and another lady I forgot his name. We didn't wait too long for the food as well. We needed a private space and we got just that. I was scared to drive up the heel and the security was helpful. He ran up to come guide me as he saw me stuck mid heel. My date night was a bliss.

    I am very upset. I booked the dine plan #Date Night but did notget charged for the date night menu fee instead my meal was regularly charged and we paid 300 rand extra. I received confirmation of my date night booking and now being asked ro do a review under dineplan, but last night whrn we queried and showed proof that we booked we were told we not on the dine plan. An apology and a refund on the overpayment would be highly appreciated Regards, Denise

    We had a great experience and the gentleman who was serving us was excellent. Food was great, looked and tasted good. The portions were quite big but I am not complaining 😀

    Rump, was a little over cooked, lamb curry was soft, but spicy. Waiter staff said it would be mild, it was definitely not mild
