LUPA Osteria is a bustling Italian restaurant serving authentic food in a warm and inviting setting . Whether you want a delicious bowl of pasta on a random Tuesday, country fresh salad, wood-oven baked pizza or a big celebration dinner with friends, LUPA offers all this and more.

We pride ourselves in staying true to our Italian roots and in keeping traditional Roman cuisine alive. Each Lupa has a designated pasta making & drying room where our fresh pasta is hand-made daily. A wood fired pizza oven is used for truly authentic pizzas and for baking many other traditional dishes for that extra flavour and authenticity.

Our wines list is extensive and offers a great selection of local and imported wine, beer and spirits to accompany your food or have a beautiful cocktail at aperitivo hour!

    We have eaten here a few times before concerts at Times Square and have always had great meals until last night. Our meal took just over 40 minutes to get to our table. We ordered 1 x Chicken Livers, 1 X Focaccia, 1 x Caprese Salad and 1 x Pear and Gorgonzola Salad. Definitely not the largest or most complicated order. The Manager on duty did come and apologise for the delay, after we had received the other items without the Caprese Salad, citing the Caprese Salad was the problem. AND it was, because the Mozzarella was grainy and a bit mushy which is a sign that the cheese had been frozen and defrosted. This was not the usual standard that we've become accustomed to. I'm sure that this will be addressed. The Waitron was lovely but didn't have an explanation for the delay. She just kept telling us the order was coming. I know it wasn't her fault but she could have asked the manager to step in and explain the delay. We trust this will be addressed in some form of training. Kind regards, Lou
