Fifteen years ago, something very special happened to us. The Miya and Hassim families became one. The name MiHa is a celebration of that union.

In some cultures, MiHa is used as a term of endearment for someone who is dear to you. So, we thought it was apt, as our little restaurant is very dear to us.

MiHa is the coming together of a casual café and classic dining experience. From a quick grab-and-go to a decadent celebratory feast, MiHa brings together the simple and the sumptuous. We serve international cuisine and have curated some of the best flavours from around the world but with our own South African touch.

We have not focused on any one specific food type. Rather, we have focused on you, our guest. Our restaurant concept is designed to give you what you feel like - what food you are in the mood for or whatever your occasion may call for. Taste and variety designed around you.

    The online menu mentions gluten/wheat free options and despite booking online & mentioning my dietary requirements on my booking, I was told I could not be catered for as the restaurant does not have these options any more. Please update your website. Thankfully the kitchen had some gluten free wraps so I was able to have that - the portion is insanely small though!

    We have been to MiHa quite often over the years, and as always, they don't disappoint. The food and drinks were delicious. Their signature burger (with extra macon), in particular, was really tasty and one of the nicest burgers I've ever had. We also had their falafel and chicken skewer starters, and I must say, it was a savoury delight. Overall, we had a lovely meal, and will definitely be back.

    Food was great, although Kingklip ordered was very fishy tasting. Waiter mixed up the order. The bill should come in a book of some sort (not a slip of paper) and consider providing some sweets at the end of the meal.

    for an upmarket establishment, the food was very basic. the buffet section especially with the fruit and sweet items was extremely poorly stocked. staff kept on bringing just a few items each and most of the time only a few people were getting. basics like breads or rolls and juices should be put there. however i feel that it is just not what is shown on advertising. staff are more interested in talking then serving. i definetely wouldnt return and wouldnt recommend it to people

    Morning The experience was beautiful , i enjoyed the meal however the sweet stuff was not enough please try to stock up a lot I had to wait 5-7 mins for fresh cream and also fruits.
