    The curries were exceptional, and we loved it. However, it would have been nice to have some fresh green salad or plain roasted veg. The desert tarts were lacking and not very flavorsome, the malva was good and I think the ice cream station a hit especially with kids. Again, some fresh fruit would have been great as part of the desert. When our bill came, they did not remove the deposit and the second bill was also incorrect which leaves a bit of a damper on the experience. The service was great, and everyone was super helpful and friendly! We really enjoyed the experience.

    High Tea maybe more savoury options but otherwise value for money, excellent service will definitely be back for a dining experience

    I was significantly disappointed in the service, as well as the food. Drinks (coke/tizer and juice) took 15 min+ to arrive Bread basket brought 30min+ in... no side plates/butter knife (had to get it myself from another table). Steak requested medium - brought well done and tough to cut with steak knife. Mushroom sauce was as runny as water, impossible to use as a sauce. Very disappointing for such a beautiful place.

    My family really enjoy the food and service very much...It was value for money and the ambience was amazing..Widaad service was excellent...Thank you Taj Cape Hotel my son's 14th birthday was the best ever experienced for him..This family will still talk about the amazing experience for a very long time...They will call recommend Taj Cape Town to friends and family..
