Setup, owned and run by the legendary Goncalves brothers, Victor and Naldo, NV-80 is the connection to years of dedication to industry and craft. Serving beautiful steaks, seafood, salads and a wide array of starters, sides and specials, NV-80 has something for everyone. Over the years NV-80 has become a staple with locals and tourists and has earned NV-80 a reputation as a Cape Town institution. Bought in 2022 by NoName Hospitality Group and partners with the aim of honouring the brands legacy while adding value for a loyal customer base. NoName Hospitality Group intends to build on the brands reputation for quality product and service as well strive to uphold the incredible standards and time honoured traditions instilled by the brothers.     The ribs was amazing! But I feel the lamb shank was lacking flavor.

    I am a frequent guest at NV-80. Usually with a small group of family or friends. Nothing has ever disappointed, not the food or service. The prices are what one can expect from a restaurant such as this. Pity that it is located in a shopping centre without views. However, the popularity among locals as well as international visitors is a testament to the restaurant's ability to maintain high standards, which more than compensates for the lack of views in Sea Point.

    A bit loud..not the best table..good service...the last time I was there food was better..my husband's steak was very fatty..
