An ode to the classic grill houses of yesteryear, NV-80 is a nod to a bygone era of real service, exceptional food and a classic yet contemporary dining aesthetic.

Serving beautiful steaks, seafood, salads and a wide array of starters, sides and specials, NV-80 has something for everyone. Over the years NV-80 has become a staple with locals and tourists and has earned NV-80 a reputation as a Cape Town institution. Bought in 2022 by NoName Hospitality Group and partners with the aim of honouring the brands legacy while adding value for a loyal customer base.     Went on a Monday, not very crowded, the server that was serving us disappeared. We flagged over what seemed like a supervisor and said where did our waiter go? He said that since it wasn’t busy they let some employees go home and that he would wait on us, I totally get that….However it would have been nice once they let our server go home to let us know when it happened instead of having us take the initiative. Food was great.

    The best meal ive had in ages. We brought our daughter out to celebrate her 17th birthday. Daughter had the lobster which was Devine to say the least. Hubby had the smash burger which was equally Devine. I had the steak which came with the caramelized potato and oh my gosh this was the best steak and best potato ive had. The potato blue my mind away I almost started crying!!! The mood was amazing! Your service was on point! My daughter enjoyed her 17th birthday which ended in an amazing restaurant. Keep up the super awesome service, we will definitely be coming back
