Setup, owned and run by the legendary Goncalves brothers, Victor and Naldo, NV-80 is the connection to years of dedication to industry and craft. An ode to the classic grill houses of yesteryear, NV-80 is a nod to a bygone era of real service, exceptional food and a classic yet contemporary dining aesthetic.

Serving beautiful steaks, seafood, salads and a wide array of starters, sides and specials, NV-80 has something for everyone. Over the years NV-80 has become a staple with locals and tourists and has earned NV-80 a reputation as a Cape Town institution. Bought in 2022 by NoName Hospitality Group and partners with the aim of honouring the brands legacy while adding value for a loyal customer base.     Thank you so much for a lovely evening, I have Coeliac disease which makes eating out very stressful as I’m always concerned that I may ingest Wheat without knowing and then suffer the consequences! However, our lovely waiter talked me through my menu choices and made me feel confident in what I was eating. Very much appreciated. My husband also said it was the best steak he’s ever had! Thank you.
