    Had to get serviettes from the next table as the waiter only gave serviettes to my 2 guests who arrived later. Waiter seemed a bit nervous and dropped the spoons from the butter… I can forgive this. My husband ordered a passion fruit and Sprite Zero… the waiter brought Sprite Zero only. I said it was my husband’s birthday when I booked and from past experiences know that you always do something special to acknowledge a birthday…. This time it was a casual “happy birthday Keith” from the “head waiter???” I know you are expensive , and know we pay more for the experience, but the finer touch that I am used to is gone. On this basis I would rather go to another restaurant as feel we are no longer getting the value for the money that we are quite prepared to accept if the service and finer touches were there I was very disappointed that my husband didn’t even get a small cake or ice cream to acknowledge his birthday
