    I booked a table inside.. however we were seated outside when we arrived. Host was not willing to move us. Sad to say not a great experience

    We travelled all the way from KZN to attend this event, excited to enjoy the DJs and the atmosphere. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. While on the dancefloor, waiters and even bouncers constantly pushed through the crowd, making it difficult to actually enjoy the music. On top of that, the photographer – with the help of the bouncers – would push people aside to create content. For an entrance fee of R250 per person, one would expect priority to be given to the paying patrons who came to dance and enjoy the show, rather than focusing on creating content for people sitting at home. A simple suggestion would be to create a designated walkway for staff, or a separate space for content creators, so that guests on the dancefloor aren’t repeatedly interrupted. A dedicated dance area where patrons can fully enjoy the DJ without being pushed around would make a huge difference.

    The toilets are not so clean. For that type of prices we deserve the toilets always to be cleaned.

    The stage that good luck played on wasnt ideal: no space to dance; bouncers blocking view; cold. I think it would have been better to have them play inside on the dance floor. But otherwise very enjoybale

    Totally unbelievable on the food experience, definitely was still hungry after those prices. Prices on your website is different and when asked was told there is a mistake. Totally devastating experience. Bought a bottle of tequila and we could not take the empty bottle but we paid a bloody good price for it.

    I made a booking for a booth table 4 days in advance and received confirmation for the booking. Arrived at the time I booked to arrive and there were no table booked for me. The host at the entrance and the manager both couldn't explain to me why that happened. They offer me a table which I did not like so I arrange to sit with other people. The waiters were verbally fighting with each other in front of us as to who will serve me. They made paying the bill difficult. This whose stress could have been avoided if the table I booked was available. Very disappointing Greenhouse. Greenhouse should train their waiter on customer service. The waiters did not deserve the tip I gave them.

    I made a reservation. We arrived on time and were told our table was taken and that the people are refusing to move.We were made to stand in the entrance for an hour. With little communication. We were then placed at another table that was booked and when those people arrived we had to move but there still was no table available. So we had no place for the rest of our stay despite having made a reservation well in advance.
