    I made a booking for a booth table 4 days in advance and received confirmation for the booking. Arrived at the time I booked to arrive and there were no table booked for me. The host at the entrance and the manager both couldn't explain to me why that happened. They offer me a table which I did not like so I arrange to sit with other people. The waiters were verbally fighting with each other in front of us as to who will serve me. They made paying the bill difficult. This whose stress could have been avoided if the table I booked was available. Very disappointing Greenhouse. Greenhouse should train their waiter on customer service. The waiters did not deserve the tip I gave them.

    I made a reservation. We arrived on time and were told our table was taken and that the people are refusing to move.We were made to stand in the entrance for an hour. With little communication. We were then placed at another table that was booked and when those people arrived we had to move but there still was no table available. So we had no place for the rest of our stay despite having made a reservation well in advance.

    We booked to be put inside, instead we were placed at the foyer next to the loud club next door. The food was great but not happy with booking early and not being placed where we booked. Very disappointed

    How did green house stay open if there was no water, by right the place should have been closed with that amount of people. It was so unhygienic

    This was my first visit to the greenhouse and especially as the Shortmarket Club has moved in there. It was unfortunately incredibly underwhelming. The front of house staff had not seen the updated Reservation (which was done in good time), so we were made to wait in the cold passage of the restaurant until they sorted this out. The place is lively, however, it’s not conducive to speaking — case in point was our waiter who couldn’t hear our order and got it wrong. The food was nothing special, we had a number of items from the short market menu and I thought it fell well below the standards you would have expected, having dined at a number of their sister restaurants. Perhaps this is a good place if you want to have a few cocktails with friends and dance, but I would skip the dinner all together.
