    I can’t even give a 1 star rating because I didn’t even make it inside. where is the adults entrance actually ? because there were drunk children everywhere, over 23 seems to be just a suggestion. we stood for two hours in a line only for the rude bouncers to treat me like a child - SHOUTING at me, PUSHING me, scolding and treating me like they were doing me a favour. when I tried to make it through the crowd of drunk teens to speak to an adult at the front of the house, the downright abusive bouncer actually SHOVED me aside and made me join the BACK of the line again. I was pushed so hard into the people behind me that we actually bumped heads. why pretend to be a premium establishment offering a curated experience when people are actually just herded like cattle at the door ? what a disgusting experience.

    While I understand your frustration, I do need to clarify a few points to ensure we are dealing with the situation accurately and fairly. First, regarding your suggestion of separate queues for booked and non-booked guests: our venue layout simply does not allow for two independent lines. This is not a matter of unwillingness on our part, but a physical limitation of the space. Our team manages the line as efficiently as possible within those constraints, especially during peak periods. With respect to your arrival time, we do not dispute that you were on the premises at 8:30. However, being in the parking queue is not the same as checking in at the host stand. We cannot hold tables indefinitely without confirmed check-in, as doing so directly impacts guests who arrive and check in promptly. The grace period exists for this reason, and is applied consistently. That said, you should not have felt ignored or unable to get assistance from staff at the front. That part of your experience is something we are reviewing internally, as guests should always feel acknowledged, even when the venue is under pressure. I do want to address the tone of your message as well. We value all feedback, including critical feedback, but we expect communication to remain respectful. Our team members do their best in a high-volume environment, and while we take responsibility where processes can improve, unfair generalizations about staff or the venue are not constructive. You have made your concerns heard, and they have been taken to the relevant team for review. But it’s also important to be clear about what can and cannot be changed, and what expectations are reasonable given the reality of our space and operations.

    Not a place to eat, maybe a drink and dance but definitely not to eat and relax

    I went to Green House Bar this past saterday after I had booked for my table 2 weeks prior to going there, but was unhappy with the treatment from your staff. These 2 ladies kept approaching me trying to get me and my friend to leave a table we booked because they wanted to make room for their preferred Bottle buying clients. That was Rude and Classist and disrespectful to me and my friend who made an online reservation, we came to your establishment and purchased drinks with our money yet we were treated like second class citizens because your staff wanted to make room for their preferred bottle buying customers I'm Applled We are not less than other customers We are also valuable customers who deserve to be respected.

    We celebrated my sister's 40th birthday and it was honestly amazing the waiters and staff were incredible and insured that all that we asked for was provided. Not to mention the safety inside once we were partying the night away. Best place ever really love greenhouse. Also a big thank you to Clinton and his team he really went above and beyond. Keep it up guys and we definitely will be back
