    Dear Peach Tree Restaurant Management - we brought our son and his wife there yesterday for his birthday lunch...we were once again very happy with the service we received. The staff was super-attentive and assisted anytime help was required. The food was of the usual high standard. i am an avid coffee drinker, so the lady who served us the cappuccinos was my favorite - thank you. Overall, we would give you a 5-star rating. It was also good to see one of your managers, Angela - Angela grew up in the area where our children were growing up so it was very nice to see her again...excellent service Angela. From eating there regularly for a long time it is quite evident that the service levels have been further improved, and customers can see it - well done. In conclusion we were very sad to hear of the passing of Mr. Mike, the pianist - he will surely be missed. Our last remembrance of him was playing a song for my wife on her 61st birthday - may his soul rest in peace.

    As excited as we were to celebrate my wife's birthday, the occasion did not end well. The fact that there was a very nice selection of delicious foods and desserts, was spoilt when one of my guests spotted a cockroach running between the confectionery which she planned to dish. The closest waiter was alerted, who rushed off with the plate on which the cockroach was. We asked him to alert the duty manager, who at first made it off as impossible, but later apologized. We were discounted two guests off our bill, but the night was spoilt and so were appetites. The main chef came to personally apologized, which we appreciated and my wife was honored with a lovely little birthday cake! I think my review would have been much more positive and my ratings much higher, was it not for this unpleasant experience.
