    The high tea itself was excellent, and I have no concerns regarding the event or the service provided during the experience. My main concerns relate to the interactions I had when entering the property. On two separate occasions when I came in to make payment, the security personnel at the entrance were rude and repeatedly informed me that the Sugar Club was closed. I can understand the Springboks were staying at the hotel, but I found this interaction unnecessary and unwelcoming. In addition, when I returned on Saturday, I experienced a similar situation. I was questioned at the gate before being allowed into the parking area, and the manner in which this was handled came across as rude and unprofessional. A further concern was regarding my booking. After I made payment with Rox at reception, my reservation was cancelled. I then had to follow up myself by phone to find out what had happened and to resolve the issue. While I thoroughly enjoyed the high tea experience, these interactions before the event detracted from what would otherwise have been a very positive experience.
