Situated in an elevated valley of outstanding beauty, Oldenburg Vineyards is surrounded by a spectacular mountain amphitheatre. At the heart of the farm lies Rondekop – our iconic, round hill which influences the vineyards planted on and around it, creating our extraordinary terroir.

    We had a great experience at Oldenburg Vineyards, made even better by our sommelier, Jacque. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to walk us through each wine in a way that was both interesting and easy to follow. Jacque shared thoughtful insights about the wines, the vineyard, and the region, which helped us appreciate each tasting even more. His approachable style made the experience relaxed and enjoyable. The setting is beautiful, and with Jacque’s guidance, we left with a much deeper appreciation for Oldenburg’s wines. Highly recommend a visit — and if you can, ask for Jacque.
