The Wild Fig Restaurant is a fully licensed Restaurant and Bar situated on a portion of the historic Valkenburg Estate. Our bar is situated in the original barn which is a National Monument. We have beautiful outdoor seating areas as well as private dining areas. We cater for all manner of events such as functions, conference, weddings, cocktail functions, breakfasts and celebrations.

    Service and menu superb. Had an overseas guest who was amazed at the quality of our meal. I wasn’t only because I have been to Wild Fig many times and always walk away thinking what a great meal

    Quiet and peaceful at 6 pm pre theatre. Log fire was on and the ambience was just right. Attentive service and the waiter was knowledgeable about the menu options. Very good experience.
