Your Hosts - Matteo Santini & Maurizio Carlo. These Two where born and raised in Italy. Matteo In the Beautiful Bolognia and Maurizio in Fiery Florence. They have both Traveled the world for the past 10 years and Finally decided to Settle in our beautiful Cape Town. Together have taken over THE WOODLANDS EATERY as of the 01 June 2017.

They strive to incorporate authentic Italian cuisine combined with the delicious existing local flavors. We welcome you into their home and hope that you enjoy and feel part of the famiglia

    My sister said it was the best pasta she has EVER eaten!!! My pizza was spectacular too

    Always a wonderful atmosphere. Delicious food and a time. A lovely place with friendly staff and great food. Definitely my go to choice.

    Once again, we had an AMAZING evening at Woodlands Eatery. Matteo was, as always, a SUPERB host, accommodating our needs and making my husband feel very special, "celebrating" his 60th birthday after the loss of his dad. Woodlands Eatery is by far our favorite restaurant in Cape Town!!

    Had a lovely evening but it is quite noisy upstairs. Food was tasty, service was great, all in all a nice evening with friends.
