Your Hosts - Matteo Santini & Maurizio Carlo. These Two where born and raised in Italy. Matteo In the Beautiful Bolognia and Maurizio in Fiery Florence. They have both Traveled the world for the past 10 years and Finally decided to Settle in our beautiful Cape Town. Together have taken over THE WOODLANDS EATERY as of the 01 June 2017.

They strive to incorporate authentic Italian cuisine combined with the delicious existing local flavors. We welcome you into their home and hope that you enjoy and feel part of the famiglia

    Such a wonderful experience ! Overall the food is mouthwatering and delicious, the service was friendly and efficient and the ambience is cost and quirky !! Loved this little gem of a restaurant !!

    we all said we will definately be back. 6 of us all thoroughly enjoyed our meals and the pizzas are the best i have ever eaten including any in Italy.! The ravioli were delicious and the owner and waitrons are charming and so friendly. A real neighbourhood feeling but with exemplary genuine ItLian food!
