    I reserved a specific table for 2.3pm only to find on arrival table had not been reserved. The place was not even full I was told by management that the people at my requested table had arrived on opening and that my booking was not till 2.30pm so they were not going to hold that table for me. WHAT IS THE POINT OF BOOKING!!! It was even stated on my booking reminder that that table was reserved.

    Hi Kathlyn, in response to you review, we booked the table for 14:30, we informed the early table you were arriving , however customers tend to get into the vibe and sit longer, we can’t keep tables for an hour otherwise we will be sitting with an empty restaurant with no vibe , it’s a very difficult act to balance and our apologies for the delay on your table , we strive to please all our guests, we thank you for your patience.

    Had truly an awesome afternoon here yesterday. Just me and the girls and the service was incredible. The staff were so friendly and so accommodating and the food was so so good. The cheesecake is delicious and my friend said it’s the best fish and chips she’s had in a very long time ! Thank you to the waitress and manager for assisting so kindly and quickly with a slight change in plans (time wise) and being so quick to help with space etc for our little baba 🌸
