Our story began in 1977 when four brothers opened the first Turn ‘n Tender in Johannesburg.

Since then we’ve become known for our love of great steak, excellent taste in wines and our warm and welcoming atmosphere where customers become friends.

    Turn n Tender Basonia is simply the best. The service was excellent, Sbusiso our service guy was on top of everything, quick service, fresh food, thank you T n T Basonia.

    We had a table for 12, and our waiter did not cope at all- he was a bit overwhelmed, and seemed very new at the job. He would disappear for long periods when we needed him. Some guests were almost finished with desert when some others only got served.
