Villa Bianca has just released its new menu incorporating Sushi and emphasis is on fresh imported Scottish Salmon as well as fresh export quality Tuna, both of which are now available on the normal menu in the form of: Grilled Salmon, Seared Tuna Steak, or the delicious Tuna Espatada which is cubed Tuna Steaks grilled and skewered with Haloumi cheese, red peppers, green peppers and onions served with rice or chips and Japanese style stir fried vegetables, Fillet on the Bone prepared in Villa Bianca’s favourite way; “Chateau Briand Style”, topped with pan-fried Camembert Cheese and a Cranberry reduction.

    We were a family of 7, I raved to my family what a good meal we had there, last time I had the sea bass which was done perfectly @R380. THIS time I was embarrassed to introduce anyone there. After a long wait We final received 3 x sea bass and all 3 were over cooked, the lamb shank came way after the rest of the food, so we had all finished eating, the lamb shank was extremely disappointing it was cold when we received it, and was sent back, it was as pale and sickly looking. The only reason why we didn't send all the food back was it took so long to get the food the first time, we were very hungry, over all we were extremely disappointed especially that the restaurant was maybe only half full so we expected to be blown away like the last time when the place full. It was extremely overpriced for mediocre food. Only good thing was the waitress was on top of her game.

    The best dining experience I've had in a long time. What a treat! It's clear from the flavor, that the food is sourced from top organic suppliers. The good service and ambiance is just the cherry on top for a great evening out..
