Villa Bianca has just released its new menu incorporating Sushi and emphasis is on fresh imported Scottish Salmon as well as fresh export quality Tuna, both of which are now available on the normal menu in the form of: Grilled Salmon, Seared Tuna Steak, or the delicious Tuna Espatada which is cubed Tuna Steaks grilled and skewered with Haloumi cheese, red peppers, green peppers and onions served with rice or chips and Japanese style stir fried vegetables, Fillet on the Bone prepared in Villa Bianca’s favourite way; “Chateau Briand Style”, topped with pan-fried Camembert Cheese and a Cranberry reduction.

    Bongani, who served us paid more attention to my fiancé than me, whose birthday it was. He was also inconsistent with the drinks in terms of the size of the gloss being used . When we asked for additional sushi from the buffet special towards the end of the dining experience that was not forthcoming.But rather , the bill was brought through instead Overall the unpleasant service experience ruined my birthday. I would rather have a watron who is conceal and not condescending.So not sure that I will be back in a hurry

    We asked for a table as far as possible from smoking area but we were given a table right at the entrance to the smoking area. But after complaining they were friendly enough to move us to a table further away. Unfortunately the restaurant was very busy and even where we were placed the smell of the smoke was still overwhelming because the doors between smoking and non smoking area were kept wide open.
