Villa Bianca has just released its new menu incorporating Sushi and emphasis is on fresh imported Scottish Salmon as well as fresh export quality Tuna, both of which are now available on the normal menu in the form of: Grilled Salmon, Seared Tuna Steak, or the delicious Tuna Espatada which is cubed Tuna Steaks grilled and skewered with Haloumi cheese, red peppers, green peppers and onions served with rice or chips and Japanese style stir fried vegetables, Fillet on the Bone prepared in Villa Bianca’s favourite way; “Chateau Briand Style”, topped with pan-fried Camembert Cheese and a Cranberry reduction.

    Very nice experience, we went to celebrate my husband's graduation and the waiter made it such a special evening for us. Will definitely come back again for the Sushi Special!

    The timing was totally off. Two guests had finished their food before the other four guest's food arrived. Not good at all.

    Villa bianca mediterranean cuisine and sushi is my favorite restaurant but unfortunately on this visit which is my 3rd time we were left deeply disappointed. I had the sushi buffet which was fantastic as well. But my husband order fish that was new to the new for around R305 unfortunately it was extremely bland had no taste at all an not worth the amount we paid. We also ordered the tiramisu which was fantastic to watch being made at the table but the taste was not up to standard the biscuits were not soaked completely and was hard. Sometimes it's best to stick to the traditional way of doing things. Nonetheless our waiter was fantastic an the ambiance was amazing

    The sushi wasn’t very good The service was really bad. Our waitress “happy” was rather rude.

    Was a disappointing experience. The kitchen forgot to add garlic to our snail dishes. Our extra portion of veggies arrived after our meals were finished. The calamari dish was tasteless. The tiramisu dessert was tasteless. Used to be our go to restaurant for special occasions. We won't return. We won't return
