Villa Bianca has just released its new menu incorporating Sushi and emphasis is on fresh imported Scottish Salmon as well as fresh export quality Tuna, both of which are now available on the normal menu in the form of: Grilled Salmon, Seared Tuna Steak, or the delicious Tuna Espatada which is cubed Tuna Steaks grilled and skewered with Haloumi cheese, red peppers, green peppers and onions served with rice or chips and Japanese style stir fried vegetables, Fillet on the Bone prepared in Villa Bianca’s favourite way; “Chateau Briand Style”, topped with pan-fried Camembert Cheese and a Cranberry reduction.

    We recently celebrated 3 birthdays at Villa Bianca and had such a fantastic evening! We enjoyed the Eat-As-Much-As-You-Like sushi offer, and the food was absolutely incredible. Even though the restaurant was buzzing with guests enjoying the same special, our dishes arrived promptly and were beautifully presented. It’s great that there’s such a wide variety of sushi options available (even if not every single one from the menu), which made it easy for the four of us to order several plates and share, giving us the chance to sample and enjoy different flavours. A small suggestion: it would be helpful if all the waitstaff wore name badges so it’s easier to know who’s looking after your table. The only other downside was that the music was a little loud, making conversation tricky at times in an already lively atmosphere. To round off the night, the team surprised us with fabulous “fire” birthday plates. Such a wonderful touch to end our triple birthday celebration on a high note. Thank you, Villa Bianca, for a memorable evening!

    First time visiting this restaurant and had the sushi special. And the food was out of this world nummies and service was fantastic Thank you will definitely go again

    Food was great. Excellent. Service a bit slow yesterday. I had the sushi special and must say the portions were too high.bi wanted a taster of more but some portions were 6 and 8 pieces which I thought were excessive. 3 per plate would be plenty. But lovely experience as usual.thank you
