Villa Bianca has just released its new menu incorporating Sushi and emphasis is on fresh imported Scottish Salmon as well as fresh export quality Tuna, both of which are now available on the normal menu in the form of: Grilled Salmon, Seared Tuna Steak, or the delicious Tuna Espatada which is cubed Tuna Steaks grilled and skewered with Haloumi cheese, red peppers, green peppers and onions served with rice or chips and Japanese style stir fried vegetables, Fillet on the Bone prepared in Villa Bianca’s favourite way; “Chateau Briand Style”, topped with pan-fried Camembert Cheese and a Cranberry reduction.

    The Focaccia was rather dry, would suggest adding some herb olive oil, Lamb shank was delicious, my husband was not to impressed with the pork ribs. The table wanted Tirimisu for dessert and was told there isnt any.

    I must say i was rather disappointed we received last night. Our waiter was not good and did not communicate. It took about 30 minutes to get get a drink has i was served with a dirty/sticky cocktail menu. I asked numerous times to have it cleaned or get a clean one. When the bill came, the cocktail ordered was R110 on the menu but R128 on the bill. When i questioned this, the waiter just said the prices have changed. I wasnt in the mood to argue so i just paid and left. Not to sure ill be back anytime soon.
