    The food was average, and while the welcome and farewell were warm and pleasant, our experience was significantly affected by the server who attended to us. Unfortunately, her attitude was unprofessional and unhelpful, which left a very negative impression. It’s disappointing when one person’s behavior impacts the whole experience.

    Thank you for a great night, fantastic meal, wonderful service and awesome dinner overall at Zinzi! We hope to return again to the hotel and restaurants! Absolutely recommend this place!

    Siya definitely made the evening amazing. All the other waiters also came around to make sure we were doing well at all times. Thank you for the amazing experience and for making my girlfriends birthday so great.
